The following are overviews of the Karakuri Kaizen Exhibition 2026 in Japan.

Participation application from outside of Japan (海外からの参加お申込み)

General 一般 41,800JPY (38,000 + 10% tax)

Notes

  • Due to billing procedures and sending ticket, application procedures differ between inside Japan and outside Japan. If you are participating from outside Japan, please be sure to apply using below Application Form. (請求・支払い方法は、日本国内からのお申込みと海外からのお申込みとで異なります。海外からのお申込みの場合は、下記のApplication Formよりお申込みください)
  • Lunch is not included. (ランチは含まれておりません)
  • If you wish to participate for two days, you will need to pay for two days. (2日間参加される場合、2日間分の料金が必要となります)
  • Explanation at company booth is mostly in Japanese only. (出品企業による作品説明は、多くの場合、日本語で行われます)
  • Do not bring camera, video camera and any other recorders. (カメラ、ビデオカメラ、音声レコーダーを会場内に持ち込まないでください)
  • No Photography, No Video, No Sound Recording, No Mobile phone : Please use a phone in phone area of the venue. (写真・ビデオ撮影、音声録音、携帯電話の使用は禁止されております。電話は会場内指定エリアのみ使用可能です)
  • Please have a look around safely inside of hall. (会場内では安全に配慮のうえ、見学ください)
  • When you apply as tour via travel agency or organization, please provide participants list in advance. (旅行会社としてお申込みされる場合、参加者リストを事前にご提出ください)

How to Apply and Pay Participation Fee (申込み・お支払い)

  • Please note that entry will not be permitted if you arrive at the venue on the day without having applied via the website. Furthermore, applications cannot be made at the venue on the day itself. (ウェブサイトから事前に申し込んでいない場合、当日会場にお越しいただいても入場はできませんのでご注意ください。また、当日会場で申し込むことはできません。)
  • Applications can be submitted via the website until Early November. (お申込みは11月上旬までに行う必要があります)
  • It is not possible to apply after the designated date. (期日以降、お申込みができなくなります）
  • After your application, JIPM will contact to you regarding your payment. And you need to finsh payment before designated date. (お申込み後、JIPMからお支払いについてご連絡いたします。期日までにお支払いください)
  • Payment methods is only Credit Card (Web). (お支払いはクレジットカード(Web決済)のみとなります)
  • After JIPM confirmed your payment, JIPM will send you Reception Ticket by E-mail. (JIPMによる支払い確認後、チケットをメールにてお送りいたします)
